Merle B. Sumaylo
  • Serves as Xerox machine, and Riso operator in the production of faculty service records.
  • Room to room monitoring of the 121 faculty members attendance from 8:00-12:00 noon to 1:00-5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, 30 minutes before the schedule of every class dismissed.
Michelle S. Olores
  • Reminds immediate superiors of their appointments; travel conference plans.
  • Encodes letters, office orders, reports and other instructional materials from the originals or other sources.
  • Lay-out and prepare programs, invitations, certificates and other materials during seminars and trainings.
  • Files in designated information on a wide variety of Institute business and academic procedures, forms and documents.
  • Sorts, assembles, alphabetizes, number and staples papers and documents.
  • In-charge of CASS Rooftop booking and LCD Projector.
  • Assist during enrolment period.
  • Performs other official duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Elena M. Bobonga
  • Follow-up travel papers, vouchers and payrolls of different departments of the Institute.
  • Collects FDTR/DTR for attachment to payrolls.
  • Follow-up official papers such as appointments and leave of absence

  • Prepares and keeps students records
  • Computes Teacher’s Efficiency Rating
  • Types comments for Students evaluation Prepares evaluation of records of candidates for graduation

  • Tally evaluation results of CASS Faculty members
  • Sign clearances, COR of CASS students
  • Supervises the clerical staff and student assistant of the college
  • Assist the deputized cashier during enrolment

  • Act as Financial Assistant of the College.
  • Keeps track all financial transactions.
  • Assists in the preparation of budget proposals of the College.
  • Prepares payrolls and vouchers for CASS scholars
  • Prepares Contract of Services for Lecturers
  • Computes overload honorarium/lecturers pay of CASS
  • Acts as Deputized Cashier of the College during enrolment period.
  • Prepare travel papers.
  • Prepares reimbursement papers such as PR, ALOBS, Vouchers, Letter Order, SAI, Open Market Canvass, Summary of Expenses and Reports Inspection.
  • Takes custody and controls and utilization of all supplies and materials in the office.
  • Types vouchers, budget summaries, financial statements and other related reports.
  • Prepares SUC’s reports as required by CHED.
  • Performs all other task and functions inherent to the position that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
Meshelle M. Rivera
  • Assists the the SGENP Coordinator in advising, record keeping, scheduling, coordinating with different departments for faculty to handle the program
  • Entertains questions/inquiries from parents/guardians/students or other interested parties on the program;
  • Encodes all communications and important documents of the Program Coordinator; Encodes all related researches, proposals and surveys made by the Program such as follow up study of the SGENP students and other important documents and the tuition fee increase of the students; Encodes and drafts the course offerings for enrollment, Encodes and keeps records of the students such as the personal profiles, report of grades, evaluation sheets and other pertinent documents;
  • Itemizes all records of the SGENP Program;
  • Acts as Subject Controller and assessor  during the enrollment period;
  • Acts as adviser of the General Education Student Organization whenever the Coordinator is not available;
  • Facilitates and controls all items owned by the Program;
  • Follows up the DTR’s and payroll of faculty handling Gen Ed classes;
  • Assists the GEN ED students in borrowing books, game boards, cd cassette and  assists SGENP classes that have film viewing at the SGENP center;
  • Assists the students during clearances, Assists the General Education Organization (GESO) during elections, acquaintance party, Charter Day Celebration, CASS Days and other Institute affairs;
