Program Objectives
- The AB English Program aims to develop graduates who are effective communicators in English in the fields of teaching, research, writing, and corporate work and who are appreciative of their national and global heritage.
- The AB Filipino Program aims to develop graduates who are skilled and excellent in using Filipino as a language and discipline in teaching current trends and issues in language and literature, research, and extension and equipped with the core values of the institute.
- The AB History Program aims to equip the students with historical knowledge, insights, and to develop basic skills, values and attitudes that would enable them to face with confidence the challenges of the new millennium with a deep sense of social responsibility and nationalism.
- The AB Political Science Program aims to produce graduates who are grounded in the dynamics of politics and governance, globally concerned and holistically oriented for employability.
- The AB Sociology Program aims to develop researchers, social analysts and development practitioners who are grounded in multiperspectives, scientific methods and Institute core values to enhance understanding of culture, society and social issues to ensure development sustainability, gender equity and peace.
- The BS Psychology Program aims to develop students grounded in the science of discipline and the ethics of profession for careers in psychometrics, counseling, industrial-organizational psychology, social and clinical work, mental health care, research, and teaching.
